She’s equal parts logistics queen and hopeless romantic—with a weakness for cake tastings, a well-timed playlist, and a smooth pour of whiskey or bourbon. When she’s not orchestrating aisle-worthy magic, she’s loving hard on her family, spoiling her grandbaby, or chasing sunsets with her toes in the sand and a cocktail in hand.

Kia is a nature-loving mixologist with 22 years of shaking things up—literally. She’s always stocked with healthy snacks and an endless supply of fuzzy socks (the real secret to happiness). When she’s not crafting cocktails or soaking up the outdoors, you’ll find her writing, coloring, or curled up with popcorn and a good vibe.

Seafood is Candace’s love language, and if it comes from the ocean, she’s probably already ordered it twice. When she’s not geeking out over Marvel movies or sci-fi novels (or finishing an entire TV season in one sitting), she’s on the clock with the Atlanta Falcons and United Soccer Team or of course, planning fabulous weddings. She can’t whistle to save her life—but she can dream big: if she ever hit the lottery, you’d find her helping revamp schools or breathing new life into old neighborhoods.

S’Tonya would totally work as a part-time superhero (cape optional), if she could. She’s a full-time heart-on-my-sleeve kind of human. She enjoys swinging at the park like a carefree kid and decorating like it’s a competitive sport—throw pillows and gallery walls are her jam. Known as the “mom of the group” for her planner brain and big heart. One day, she’ll write a book about her wonderfully blended, beautifully chaotic family—equal parts love, laughter, and life lessons.”

Olivia is a Mexican food enthusiast with a taco in one hand and a passport in the other. If she’s not binge-watching her way through yet another series, she’s probably off on a new adventure—her friends usually have to check if she’s even in the country before making plans! A proud Chiefs fan and professional party planner, she believes every moment—big or small—deserves to be celebrated in style. 

Meet Ameerah—our detail-loving planner and in-house content creator with a creative soul and a camera-ready plate always nearby. From homemade ramen to perfectly crisped birria, she believes every great recipe deserves at least one try (and a well-lit video moment). Before planning timelines and capturing behind-the-scenes magic, she was producing her own cooking content—because when the light hits just right? It’s pure artistry. Fun fact: the saxophone was her first love, and yes, she can still play like it’s second nature. Creativity runs deep, and she brings that same rhythm and flavor to every event she touches.

Anitra keeps a book always within reach. She’s a plant enthusiast, and nature lover at heart. This free-spirited, slightly eccentric soul balances creativity with strength—both in the garden and at the gym. Whether she’s lifting weights or nurturing greenery, she brings energy, curiosity, and just the right amount of humor.

Victoria has a serious airplane obsession—as a child she dreamed of being a commercial pilot, but now she just sticks to booking as many vacays as possible! She’s fluent in Español and finding ways to avoid cooking. This serial tutorial watcher is always learning something new, and if you catch her glued to her phone while out, don’t worry—she’s just checking in on her puppy via Ring like the totally chill dog parent she is.

Meet Aliyah, the hopeless romantic with a law degree. When she’s not reading or watching love stories, you’ll catch her napping like a pro or serving on the tennis court. She’s got aphantasia (no mental images!) and no internal monologue, but plenty of real-life drama thanks to her Scottish Terrier, Fargo, who’s equal parts adorable and chaos.
