Tip #1 – Manage your stress levels

Monitor your eating habits, but don’t crash diet. Cut out salt, dairy, sugar, caffeine and bread. Oh, and cocktails {bet ya never thought you’d hear me say that}. Sorry! It is all in the name of de-puffing. Eat lots of fruits, dry fruits, and veggies. Drink lemon juice, coconut water, and green tea.
